THE FLOWER AND THE BEE

There was once little flower who thought she was very important. Certainly, she was very blooming, beautiful, and Gorgeous. She Felt proud of himself, but she was alone. She was very grumpy, No one wants to be friends with the flower.
 His Morning, there is a bee that is looking for Honey, he very hungry. Suddenly, He saw a flower blooming, beautiful, and Gorgeous. Then he approached and invited talk. But what happened?
 The flower thought, “Please, Don't come here” and bee asked, “I am hungry, I want to suck honey”
The flower then shouted angrily, “Hello little, I don’t care what you say,”. And bee asked, “this is neither what i want nor what i mean” “I just want the honey to relieve my thirst” bee continue.
Finally, bee go by very hungry.  The flower laughed and Said “look elsewhere, you will not find it. You’re dead!”
Next day, the flower seen a bee lying. She brust into tears. Said in his heart, “This is all my fault? I did’nt give honey, so he was hungry?”. Finally, The flower regretted his action and she also joined in the attack died from other bees who want to suck the honey.

Warda : Nia..would you like to take the book of business management that behind of you, please!

Nia      : Sure. This your book!

Warda : thank you. Have you finished your business assignment?

Nia      : No. I haven't do it, nordid the others. We still have two weeks to finished it, dont we?

Warda : No, our don’t. The teacher said, “I want  to see your business assignment one week again”.

Nia      : What? The teacher told you that she wanted to see our business assignment one week again. What about yours?

Warda : I have finished, Nia.

Nia      : Waw it’s amazing. Hmmm.. I think you like business, Warda.

Warda : yeah.. of course. I like business very much. How about you?

Nia      : I also to be a business woman. yet, I’m still doubt. My friend told me that to be an enterpreneur is difficult. So, it’s who make me afraid.

Warda : Maybe no.. My uncle who is an enterpreneur told me that to be an enterpreneur many risks it.But, if you want to work hard, it won’t be difficult.

Nia      : Is that so? Ok..thanks your reason. By the way, I heard your online shop of tupperware has gone into a great success. What an achievement?

Warda : Yes, that is. Thank you, Nia. I’m still trying as best as I can to satisfy every customers.

Nia      : wow...how you can be a successful entrepreneur. Do you have any tips to give me?

Warda : I must admit it's not easy, but I took one step at a time and don't ever give up.You must confident with your skill, work hard and don’t lazy!You should always find a way if you come to a dead end.

Nia      : Did many people order  to buy right after you opened the online shop?

Warda : yes.. they did.

Nia      : That’s sound good. Can you tell me the story of your success, Warda?

Warda : certaintly.. before my business is known many peoples, I also experienced hard times. At the first time starting out my online shop, I’m to be reseller of tupperware, I follow to introduce it by social media, like that by facebook, twitter, BBM or BBM groups. Finally, people started to order the tupperware to me. My online shop customers the increased in number by the help of mouth to mouth promotions. That was how my marketing strategy worked.

Nia      : wow...It’s good warda. What do you consider as the most important thing in running your business?

Warda : Definitely, customers satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business smoothly if I belittled customer is satisfaction. One satisfaction of a customer is enough to attrach other customers to order.

Management Article

Management was adopted from English, namely, managing the means to lead and make decisions, and that French language, which means the art menagement implement and manage. Management does not yet have a standard understanding and universally accepted. Some understanding or definition of management according to some versions are as follows:

Definition of management according to the oxford dictionary :

Management is the control and decision-making in the company or similar organization. In the management control process should involve in the activities of a company or organization as well as art requires courage and take a decision.

Definition of management by Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) :

Management is the effective use of resources to achieve the objectives of the company or organization with.

When we study the management literature, it will be found that the term management contains three terms: first, management as a process, secondly, the management as a collectivity of people who perform management activities, and third, the management as an art and as a science.

According to the first sense, the management as a process, the different definitions given by experts. To show the definition of the color management system according to the first sense, we point out three definitions. In Encyclopaedia of the Social Science said that management is a process by which the implementation of an organized and supervised a particular purpose.

Furthermore, Haimann said that management is the function to achieve something through the activities of others and oversee the efforts of individuals to achieve a common goal. Finally, George R. Terry in his book "Principles Of manjemen" defines that: "Management is a process that distinguishes the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring by utilizing both a science and an art that can accomplish a predetermined goal" . Which according to George R. Terry that the concept of management is the attainment of the objectives set in advance by the utilization of human resources and other resources. When we look at the three definitions above, it will be immediately apparent that there are three important points in these definitions: first, the presence of the objectives to be achieved, secondly, the goal is achieved by means of the activities of others, and third, the activities of others it must be guided and supervised. "In the second sense, management is a collectivity of people who perform management activities. So in other words, all those who perform management activities in a particular entity is called management. singular in the sense of (single), called the manager. manager is responsible officials for the implementation of management activities in order to achieve the purpose of the unit he leads with the help of others.

What is the management activity? Management activities in question are the activities or functions performed by each manager. In general, the activities of the manager and the manager's activities are planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. This is often referred to as process management, management functions, and some even call management elements.

According to the third sense, management is the art or a science. On this matter there is no uniformity of opinion indeed, a party says that it is the art of management, other groups say that management is a science. Indeed the same second that opinion contains truth. Chester I Barnard in his book The Function of the Executive, management recognizes that it is "art" and also as "science". Similarly, Henry Fayol, Alfin Brown Harold Koontz, Cyril O'Donnell, and George R. Terry assumed that management is a science and an art.

Management as art works to achieve the goals that bring tangible results or benefits, while the functions of management as a science explain the phenomena (symptoms), the events, circumstances, so give explanations.

My Opinion :

Management is seen as a discipline that teaches about the process for obtaining organizational goals through a joint venture with a person or organization belonging to the source. management must be flexible, in the sense that it needs to be considered in accordance with the specific conditions and circumstances change.
in order to achieve the goal, then it must be the presence of management functions are the basic elements that will always be there and inherent in the management process that will be used as a reference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve the goal.
To achieve its goals the tools necessary means to achieve the results set. In management, the human factor is the most decisive. Humans are made of human purpose and also that the process to achieve the goal. There is no human being without work process, because humans are basically working. Therefore, management arises because of the people who work together to achieve goals.

Kebudayaan Indonesia yang telah hilang

Belakangan ini kita dapat melihat dan merasakan adanya perubahan dari budaya negara kita sendiri melalui nilai-nilai yang di wujudkan melalui interaksi di dalam kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga akan terwujud keharmonisan antar sesama. Namun apakah nilai-nilai  itu akan selalu tetap terjaga? Berikut saya akan menjelaskan macam-macam nilai yang telah hilang dalam budaya Indonesia :

Ø  Gaya berpakaian

o   Banyak sekali pelajar atau mahasiswa yang mengikuti trend gaya berpakaian barat jaman sekarang, dimulai hanya dari sekedar mengikuti gaya berpakaian idolanya atau teman-temannya sehingga terlihat tidak ketinggalan jaman. Namun hal tersebut akan merubah nilai yang terkandung dalam aturan berpakaian, sehingga nilai etika akan semakin berkurang.

Ø  Kesopanan

o   Jarang sekali orang yg lebih muda mengucapkan permisi pada saat melewati orang yang lebih tua, merka lebih cuek terhadapnya. Padahal  Indonesia terkenal dengan senyum dan sapanya, jadi jagalah kehormatan itu.

Ø  Gaya Berbicara

o   Sudah menjadi sebuah kebiasaan bagi seseorang untuk memanggil dirinya dengan sebutan “Gue”  dan memanggil Orang lain “Lo”. Bahkan dengan menjadikannya sebuah kebiasaan, anak-anak sudah banyak yang mencontohnya. Padahal  sebutan tersebut tidak pantas untuk dikatakan oleh anak-anak karena terlihat tidak sopan.

Ø  Salim kepada kedua orangtua

o   hal ini merupakan kewajiban anak kepada orang tua disaat ingin pergi ke sekolah atau berpamitan ke tempat lain. cium tangan itu sebagai tanda hormat dan terima kasih kita sama merekaserta untuk menanamkan rasa cinta kita terhadap orangtua

Ø  Kemajuan Teknologi

o   Dengan adanya teknologi yang semakin canggih, banyak pelajar atau mahasiswa yang selalu memanfaatkan adanya teknologi. Adapun teknologi yang menyediakan layanan internet yang dapat mengakses ke jejaring sosial untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang lengkap. Dengan cara yang praktis itupun mereka akan mudah mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang dibeikan guru. Dari cara tersebut pula mereka akan dimanja dengan sebuah teknologi yang semakin maju.

Ø  Games Online

o   Banyak dari beberapa pelajar atau mahasiswa yang senang dengan bermain games online sebagai media hiburan. Namun hal tersebut akan membuat mereka menjadi malas untuk belajar, bahkan mereka rela bolos masuk kelas untuk bisa ke tempat games online.

Ø  Layanan Internet

o   Layanan internet yang menghubungkan ke jejaring sosial untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi dengan mudah membuat anak hanya mengandalkan hal yang praktis tanpa mencari dari sumber informasi media lainnya.

Ø  Musyawarah (Gotong Royong)

o   budaya ini sudah jarang ditemukan khususnya di perkotaan besar. Banyak sekali mereka yang tinggal diperkotaan hanya mementingkan diri mereka masing-masing tanpa adanya peluang waktu untuk bermusyawarah. Padahal dari adanya musyawarah ini akan meningkatkan tali silaturahmi antar sesama.

JADI, KEMBALIKAN BUDAYA KITA YANG SESUNGGUHNYA!!!!!!!
